Tools for Peace is available to host mindfulness-based workshops and trainings in a variety of settings for youth and adults. Our step-by-step, evidence-based curriculum helps participants build the skills of mindfulness and compassion to support all aspects of learning and offers them tools to:

  • Develop Positive Attitudes

  • Resolve Conflicts

  • Cope with Difficulties

  • Develop Self-Motivation and Self-Confidence

  • Feel Willing, Able, and Equipped to Help Others

TFP workshops, trainings, and ongoing series are available in-person in California and Minnesota and virtually, anywhere!
