This past June, multimedia publisher Sounds True hosted a successful fundraiser benefiting The Pema Chödrön Foundation and Tools for Peace at UCLA’s Royce Hall in Los Angeles.
The event featured an inspiring discussion with renowned Western meditation teacher and author Pema Chödrön and Grammy®-winning singer k.d.lang about the positive effects of meditation on creativity. The live-streamed event culminated with a moving musical performance by Tools for Peace board member lang.
We’d like to extend a special thanks to Sounds True founder Tami Simon for including us in this once-in-a-lifetime event.
